‘From Generation to Generation’ will be directed by Mik Cribben,a New York feature film director. The musical director is Melissa Boher Jacobson and the show will be   choreographed by Rhona Ross and Mary Cook.

 

In “From Generation to Generation” Rose Lieberman takes unusual steps to share her memorable life with a granddaughter she may never see,” explains Javitch. “The musical carries the audience along with Rose on her comical and inspiring journey to leave a touching memory of herself for all generations to come.”

 

The musical has been performed in Chicago, Los Angeles, St. Louis and Omaha to standing ovations.   The Chicago Tribune review said,“From Generation to Generation is about things that matter most in life – faith, traditionand family.”  The Omaha World-Herald adds, “This is a first-rate family show that Jewish theatergoers will especially enjoy – though everyone will respond to the universal themes celebrated here.”

 

Karen composed the wide variety of songs in ‘Generation’.   Her arranger, Chuck Penington, the musical conductor for ‘Mannhein Steamroller’ says of her show, “Generation is a touching and heartfelt musical that everyone needs to see.  It will stay with you forever, as will Karen’s wonderful songs.”

 

Performances are at the Boynton Beach High School, 4975 Park Ridge Blvd., Boynton Beach, Florida 33426 on Thursday March 17 and Sunday March 20 at 2:00pm, a perfect time for the entire family to experience Rose’s world together.

Tickets are $28.00 for adults at all performances, and special $10.00 tickets for children under 12 years are available for 2:00 PM Sunday.

 

Angel tickets are $38 which include a March 02 champagne reception with the cast at the Mandel JCC,  and front row orchestra seats for any performance. Tickets are available at pbjff.org or 877-318-0071.  For groups of 20 or more each ticket is $25.00 available at 561.259.3006.

 

All ticket proceeds will benefit the Mandell JCC and their programs.
